She constantly made sure everything was taken care of. Asked my opinion of what we would like when booking, talked to both of us on the phone and truly cared about our experience. My MOH “apparently” had COVID the day of our wedding so we were super nervous if we would be able to go on our honeymoon or not. After testing negative and feeling fine, she was just as excited as we were to go. She checked up on us mid way thru (even though we had no service). Checked on our flights and what not to make sure we didn’t have any issues flying home with the hurricane.

The actual cruise was a tiny bit disappointing but she was amazing. When we got on the boat, they had a bottle of wine and chocolate covered strawberries from her waiting in our room, which was amazing!

Alicia planned an amazing Japan trip for me and my friends making sure we were set with hotel accommodations and also got us great tickets to an annual Sumo Tournament in Nagoya which was spectacular to see.

My family traveled to Riviera Maya Mexico the first week of April.
Alicia took care of every last detail. This was my son’s and my first trip out of the country so I was nervous, but she explained everything in such detail, in writing so I could refer back when I forgot something 🙂 she left no detail out. I really needed that!
The trip went so smoothly, she arranged for private transfer to and from the resort and everything was incredibly easy. The resort she recommended was incredible as were the excursions she booked for us.
She was even available to answer my panicked questions the night before our trip (also Easter Day!), and throughout our stay. We never had to look far for assistance if we ran into a hiccup, which I’m happy to say were minimal.
The best part was not having to deal with any of the arrangements and knowing that our trip was planned perfectly. I will never book a vacation without her help again. 10/10 recommend !!

Within days Alicia was able to find a hotel and flights to be able to take advantage of the opportunity to see Taylor Swift live in concert. It was a once in a lifetime trip and we had the best time.

The resort itself was beautiful, with animals that the kids loved. The kids' area with splash pad and water slides were a big hit. The beach was perfec, and we found the restaurants to have interesting menus and good food.
Our family actually preferred the buffets in some cases! We did have difficulty making restaurant reservations, and would have to check in with the concierge a few times a day to try to get reservations; however this was also during a peak travel week.
We told Alicia we wanted a clean, safe, place with amazing food and a lazy river and she delivered!
