With over 80% of the island inaccessible by car, getting above it allows visitors to see the untouched beauty of the Garden Isle. These tours tour above the Napali Coast, dip into the Waimea Canyon and reveal hidden waterfalls. In certain seasons, whales can also be spotted in the sea below. I would caution that anyone prone to motion sickness take the necessary precautions to ensure that their aviation experience is as pleasant as possible.
